I waited for 5 hours when the max waiting time when I arrived was 2.5 hours. Rude nurses walking through the waiting room and had bad attitudes when I understandably asked how long the wait was. In the end I self discharged which they seemed shocked about. To finish it off, the car park charged me twice, so ended up spending over £20!! I would 100% avoid this hospital in future.

Excellent from start to finish. All nurses I was involved with and the doctor treated me with kindness thoughtfulness and care. All went the extra mile to ensure I was looked after as a human being.

My husband was admitted to CCU via the emergency department and although the outcome was not favourable the care he received from both depts was outstanding especially the sister and team in CCU who spent time ensuring he was comfortable and in his last few hours ensured I was looked after as well Thank you both depts but especially CCU

I took my partner to A&E at Yeovil yesterday and the staff and professionalism was outstanding !! I can’t thank them enough for the care and the way they kept us informed . And we managed to go home without being admitted !! Well done to all the team in Resus .

Having spent a few hours in a & e I cannot praise the department enough. It was super efficient, and had very friendly caring staff, who worked incredibly hard all day. I was treated with real care and concern…something I haven’t always felt in other hospitals. At the end of my treatment I entered the discharge lounge to await transport home. Although there was a lengthy wait the chairs were very comfortable, television on and several caring friendly staff who constantly asked if I wanted something to eat or drink. My Yeovil hospital experience was the best I have ever received. Thank you all very much.
