''It is 4.43am and we have just returned from a 8 hour visit to A and E after my partner had a really nasty fall. The care was calm, efficient thorough and reassuring. Yes, we had to wait for things to happen, yes some care was on a bed in a corridor - surely a question of politics rather than the hospital! A young lady Doctor and a male paramedic who oversaw my partner's care, were outstanding. I cannot name them but they know who they are... night of 13/14 August. Thank you so much - how lucky we are in Hereford. ''

Mammogram appointment today - lovely friendly and helpful staff from Reception to Radiographer. Called in for my test bang on time, talked through the whole procedure and whole test done efficiently. Wonderful team!

Outpatient appointment in Oxford Suite for Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. Polite and helpful lady on main reception, seen on time, friendly and efficient service. Everything explained to me. Very pleased with this service.
