    My father was recently admitted to ward 2 at Wexham park. He was in hospital for just over 3 weeks. Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff in the ward who looked after my dad. Due to his dementia I imagine he could be quite a difficult patient at times but the staff were always kind, patient and professional when dealing with him whilst always maintaining a sense of humour and smile on their faces. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation for all that they did for my father.

    I used showers in three separate rooms in msu The first shower flooded my room,my clothes got soaking wet had to wait for family to bring dry clothing Am now in msu somebody had a shower and the water went everywhere,I vneeded the toilet and was scared stiff I would slip .staff say showers have reported but nothing is being done about the flooding

  3. Review titled A & E

    I was many miles from home on a Sat evening with an infection in my finger that was causing me great distress and pain. I appreciate in comparison with a lot of peoples issues this was not top priority. The A and E was very busy and I expected a long wait. I was delt with in less than 3 hours. The staff were fantastic , professional and a cedit to the NHS. Many thanks for your kindness.

    Very much appreciate the care and treatment provided when i arrived at A&E in an ambulance after injuring myself when climbing over a gate. Lots of staff were involved, were all caring and helpful. The Nurse who did the stitching of my cuts did a great job- as confirmed by other NHS staff subsequently seen in London , including St Thomas Hand Trauma Clinic. Many many thanks! The NHS continues to impress even when under such Tory- driven stress!

    I would like to thank the wonderful staff at Children's Emergency Department. My son who is disabled was treated with such wonderful care and kindness. All the staff where so professional and caring. I cannot thank you all enough for making a stressful time so much easier. You all went above and beyond. Every member of staff was so lovely. Thankyou again and keep up the great work.

    The care I received from everybody from anaesthetic, surgical and all ward staff was absolutely amazing during my stay at Frimly Park Hospital. I just want to thank everybody who looked after me.

    On 18th April I attended Heatherwood Hospital Endoscopy department for a minor procedure under sedation. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left 2 hours later, the efficiency and friendliness of all the people I encountered (1 receptionist, 5 nurses and 1 consultant) could not be faulted. I am not usually given to leaving reviews, but this experience was in all ways exceptional. Thank you

    From the moment i received the telephone call from the consultants secretary, through to having my pre-op consultation, everything has been explained and is exceptional. The only comment i would make is the rather stupid check in on line appointment system. By the time you get your password and enter it, it has expired. I even got a check in e-mail today 56minutes after the time of my appointment. I would respectfully suggest you delete this part of your system until you have sorted the gremlins out, it can cause a lot of constination to elderly people, especially those who live on their own. Heatherwod hospital and its staff are a credit to your trust.

    I want to send a massive thank you to all of the staff involved with my care between the 15th and 18th of March 2023. I was sent to A&E after some complications with a recent surgery and was quickly admitted and taken care of by one of the sisters at the front desk. She made me feel calm and at ease while finding me a room to wait for care and consult of ENT. I had a short wait in A&E where I was cared for tentatively before being moved up to a ward and admitted. As my complications continued I was consulted by a number of ENT specialists who included me in decision making and planning for treatment. Ultimately I required a second surgery however despite this being sudden the team made me feel at ease and well cared for. They were able to get a theatre ready within ab hours notice and still had the time to explain the procedure and answer questions. Despite the urgency of the situation I was never once rushed or pushed into anything that made me uncomfortable. I was back on the ward where my fantastic nurse went out of her way to get me food as the kitchen had closed but I needed to eat. She provided me with lovely food and also comforted my mum who was quite stressed about the situation. I am so pleased with the care I experienced at Frimley Park. The staff resolved a lot of issues and complications I had and comforted me through some difficult nights. A very very big thank you to all!
