We are patient-centred, and high standards of care and treatment is at the heart of what we strive for. We hope you are making a good recovery Jade, and send you our very best wishes. 3. Review titled Excellent Staff, great Service.

I visited the Urgent Treatment Centre and SAU and wish to acknowledge the excellent Service I received. I saw a number of different staff members all of whom were extremely kind, professional and helpful even though the hospital was clearly very busy. The waits weren't too long and a very satisfactory outcome. Thank you.

  4. Review titled Overall a great experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the care I received during my recent day case surgery at Conquest Hospital. Firstly, I’d like to acknowledge a HCA on Gardener Ward. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, putting me at ease with her kindness. Soon after, 3 doctors and a nurse arrived. One of the doctors thoroughly explained the procedure, ensuring I understood everything. Two doctors then left, leaving the anaesthetist, who was truly amazing. Her warmth and humour completely eased any lingering anxiety. The nurse, was on hand throughout the day and was outstanding—a real credit to her profession. If all nurses were like her, patients would always feel as cared for as I did. As I was being prepared for surgery, two more staff members arrived to escort me to the recovery room—I regret not catching their names, but they were also exceptional. The male staff member, in particular, was so attentive, bringing a sense of comfort and lightness to the whole experience. In the anaesthetic area, I met the anaesthetist again, along with a anaesthetic nurse. The anaesthetist continued to be outstanding, providing exceptional care that made those final moments before surgery incredibly comfortable. The nurse was calm and reassuring, which added to my overall sense of security. Thank you to the nurse for your advice—I will definitely follow up on it. Throughout the day, I was asked multiple times if I had any questions, which made me feel safe and well-cared for. Having personally experienced surgeries in the private sector in London, I can confidently say they don’t compare to the level of care I received from our NHS Hospital. Last, but certainly not least, my deepest thanks to my consultant I am incredibly pleased with what you have done for me, and I will be forever grateful. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone involved in my care, from booking to discharge. Your professionalism, kindness, and compassion made all the difference.

  6. Review titled Amazing Conquest hospital A&E care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Arrived after a sports injury and in a lot of pain. Around 5 mins wait before being seen. Had a full assessment of the injury, brace, crutches and pain killers within 30 mins by a fantastic nurse and a time for a follow up appointment within the next week. Could not be happier with the service received. Thought I'd be looking at hours sat in a waiting room but this absolutely was not the case - such a relief!!

Our consultant at the Conquest Hospital did an outstanding job of taking care of our 4 year old son, he was very interactive with him, he put us at ease and happily answered all our questions. He took the time to clearly asses what the problem was and explained to us clearly what was going on. We left feeling confident and extremely greatful for his care.
