I went to oral and maxillofacial surgery department for a procedure and i can't thank the staff enough for the way they looked after me they really are worth their weight in gold everything was explained so i understood and they talked me through everything that they were doing and they were friendly and made me feel at ease as i was nervous and when i didn't feel well they sorted me out highly recommended the staff in the department

  2. Review titled Amazing

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Attended the treatment centre 4/4/24 and cannot thank everyone enough for the care I received. From reception, recovery wards, theatre staff, and specialists everyone was amazing. Everybody was courteous, cheerful, caring and understanding. I cannot commend the staff highly enough. Any concerns about the procedure I was going to have disappeared and I felt comfortable and cared for. Thank you all so much for being so kind and caring and for a positive outcome.

  3. Review titled Horrible Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Olga Marisa Henriques Andrade - Posted on 28 July 2024

Went twice to this a&e with sob and temp up to 40 degrees which clearly was sign of infection. First time they gave me paracetamol after finding something on my blood tests then left me in the waiting area for 8 hours whilst my temp started to spike and no one would give me more paracetamol so I had to go home to get some. Went back next day, was giving some saline IV and was diagnosed with a chest infection with no x ray or anything. Poor care and lack of communication.

Treatment first class but why on earth is there a television on in the Eye Clinic area showing picture only. No sound or sub titles' I have noticed this in other parts of the hospital and it seems a complete waste of resources to have these TV when no can can hear or discern what is being siad
