Have had to take our little boy into A&E for the 2nd time this year in the early hours of the morning with croup. Both times we were triaged and given medication really quickly. The nurses and Drs were really lovely with our little boy and monitored him until they were sure the medication was working, and then let us go home with advice. Really can’t fault it and feel really lucky to be so close to a hospital like this who are there to help so quickly and efficiently and with kindness.

My daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in March 2024 after a visit to A&E at another hospital. We were transferred to Alder Hey the next day. Honestly, I cannot fault a single person we have met and the service we have received has been amazing. I feel so grateful to be under such a wonderful hospital. Special thanks to the wonderful Diabetes Team (I cannot leave names on this review, but they know who they are).

Hello, My recent experience was great at Camhs and they were so welcoming,I just felt so happy with the lady who was on the video call with me it was all very good and it was a very helpful call. Thank you very much!
